At High Quality Motor Service, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The product is unused and in original, undamaged packaging.

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The item was not a custom or special-order part.

The product has not been installed, tested, or altered.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Electrical components (due to risk of installation misuse)

Special-order or customized parts

Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

Items damaged due to incorrect installation or user error

Products returned without prior authorization
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support at support@hqmotorservice.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.

Pack the item securely and include:

The original invoice or packing slip

The RMA number clearly labeled on the package

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.

If the return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use or damage), we will notify you by email and return the item to you.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns not due to our error. This helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. If you need a different item, you may request an exchange during your return process. Availability is subject to stock.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective:

Include photos and a description of the problem.

Do not attempt to install or repair the item.
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or credit at no cost to you.
